1. Shipping Region
Where do ship from?
Our base is London UK.
We currently only ship domestically.
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We will be offering international shipping very soon.
2. Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed it will take 1 to 2 days to process your order internally and then 2 - 4 days for your package to be delivered. This is why we day 3 to 5 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not included.
3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are based on weight. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process based on this list:
- Under 1 kg is £5.00
- 1-2 kg is £5.50
- 2-5 kg is £6.50
- Above 5kg is £7.00
Is free shipping also available?
Yes! All orders with a total value of £75 or more will be shipped for free.
We use shipping companies that offer this facility.
