Cancellation Policy


Please be aware that we have a 2 working days cancellation policy at Beauty on the Spot. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 2 working days before your appointment. Please note weekends are not included. Unfortunately, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment, or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course and the cancellation period is not adhered to.




Cancellation Fee


If you do not attend your appointment and you have not adhered to our 2 working days cancellation notice, a cancellation fee of £25 will be charged.




Refund Policy


Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product. We can also offer you a gift voucher with a 6 months expiration date depending on the circumstances. Please note: This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened. The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness, confirmed by your doctor or a medical practioner, along with a medical certificate. - No Refunds on discounted packages or treatments




Child Supervision


Children are welcome into our clinic, however we regret that our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for both health, safety and insurance purposes. We politely ask that you do not bring your children along to your appointment unless they are supervised by another adult. Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms.




Treatment Plans


Please note that once you have started your treatment plan this must be completed within 6 months to 7 months from when you started your sessions unless you have a medical condition which prevents you from doing so. We would need your condition to be confirmed by your doctor or a medical practitioner along with a medical certificate.
